MICHELLE FLINT

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Michelle joined her first Bible study over twenty-five years ago. “It was a turning point,” she says. “Before you can stand in faith, you have to know what you’re standing on,” which is why studying the Bible, and discovering the power of words, spoke to her deeply. She also discovered methods to help her cope with ongoing challenges in her marriage and family life: identifying Holy scriptures to meditate on, delving into the works of faith teachers like Joyce Meyers, Joel Osteen, and Keith Moore, and learning how to pray by releasing those challenges to God was life-changing.

Over the years, this study has led Michelle to many outlets for her training, including blogging and writing, counseling and teaching, and working within several diverse communities. “As I grew, I felt that other women could benefit from the peace I gained. What I tried never worked. When I submitted to God’s word, things started to flow in the right direction.” In 2008, Michelle started her own Bible study for women, and the group still meets today. From 2016 to 2019, she led a men’s study at Chino State Prison through Echoes of Faith Church.

Some know Michelle as a wife, mother, or grandmother, while others regard her as a spiritual mentor or student, and she strives to combine all of these roles. Drawing heavily upon the New Testament, personal experience, and her journey in faith, Michelle creates simple guides and lessons for developing our spiritual maturity, healing, and overcoming strongholds through faith.
